Job Description

New Vision Bradford is seeking an Outreach Recovery Coordinator to deliver high-quality substance misuse treatment directly to service users in their homes or residential settings. You will act as the main care coordinator, conducting screening, asset mapping, assessments, recovery planning and care reviews.

The role requires 2 years' full-time experience in this field, a driving licence and an enhanced DBS check.
