Home-Based Estates Disposals Manager

Stonegate Group is seeking an Estates Manager to lead the asset disposal strategy across the freehold estate. The role is homebased with travel to Solihull offices and sites, coordinating cross-functionally to deliver disposals on time and within budget.

The Estates Manager will manage due diligence, board papers, external lawyers, and property professionals, while maintaining robust administration and reporting processes. A Chartered Surveyor with real estate experience is highly desirable.
