Job Description

37.5 Hours per week over 5 days. This role is for an experienced administrator who is passionate about making a positive difference in older people's lives.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth, efficient running of the home in all administrative aspects.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle day to day operational tasks that support the Home Manager's objectives.
  • Support clear, open communication and participate in any marketing initiatives that promote resident and family engagement.
  • Engage in continuous personal and colleague training, fostering the development of a highly qualified team.
  • Carry out all human resource duties accurately and maintain strict compliance with health and safety policies.

  • Respect for individuals, ensuring personal choices and dignity are always acknowledged.
  • Excellent numeracy and numerical skills.
  • Experience with the full MS Suite of software.

  • Confidence to collaborate and coordinate responsibilities effectively.
  • Genuine interest in working within a care environment, including vulnerable adults (including dementia).
  • Commitment to continuous personal development.
