Key responsibilities

• Greet owners and guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
• Provide information about the park, entertainment, and local attractions, in person or over the phone.
• Support owners and guests with requests and feedback, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain all administrative tasks, including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals, and filing.
• Help organize and deliver memorable events for owners and guests.
