Holiday Guest Experience Host

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist to join our Guest Experience team. You'll be the warm welcome for guests from arrival to departure, creating a professional and helpful environment and handling enquiries face-to-face, by phone and by email.

In this busy role you'll assist with check-ins and check-outs, manage bookings and admin, share local tips and promote park facilities to enhance guests' stays.
