Previous experience leading a childcare provision is essential

We believe in creating extraordinary experiences for children by pioneering outdoor play in our forest holiday camps. As a Holiday Camp Leaderyou will be working with our supportive and passionate team creating our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

• You will be able to facilitate outdoor play and learning in all weather.


• You will be able to lead the day to day operations of an outdoor holiday camp for children aged 4-7 years.


• You will be able to inspire a team of Holiday Camp Educators.


• You will create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.


• You will be able to lead a range of fun, outdoor play activities.


• You will be able towork collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and positive team culture.
