Job Description
Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Maternity Leave

3 days a week, term time only commencing 1st June 2026 - 25th March 2027 (in the first instance)

We are currently seeking a HLTA (maternity leave cover) for our vibrant and dynamic 2 form entry Church of England school in the heart of the local community. With a clear vision of igniting passion, empowering learners and transforming the future, we are committed to providing an exceptional education to all of our pupils.

This fixed term maternity cover position offers a wonderful opportunity to join a dedicated and passionate team. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and a strong commitment to the personal development of pupils. We are looking for candidates who are not afraid to make mistakes, who are committed to doing what is best for their children in their care. We firmly believe as Ken Robinson said, "Childhood is not a rehearsal," therefore every single moment matters and we must get it right.
