Full-Time Long-Term or Permanent Opportunity Large 4-Form-Entry Primary School We are working with a large, well-established four-form-entry primary school in South Bristol seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Deliver high-quality learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on experience)
• Lead whole-class teaching in the absence of the teacher
• Provide targeted group and 1:1 support to raise attainment
• Assist with planning and assessment under teacher guidance
• Contribute to a positive, engaging, and well-managed learning environment
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, SENCO, and senior leaders

• HLTA status (or equivalent)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Experience across primary key stages (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
• A confident, proactive, and flexible approach
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, multi-form-entry setting
