HLTA: Full-Time SEND Support & Lesson Delivery

Monarch Education is seeking an experienced HLTA to join a secondary school in Nailsea. The role is full-time, starting 1st September 2026, supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 students with SEND.

You will work under the SENCO, delivering small-group lessons, preparing adapted materials, and contributing to IEPs and EHCP reviews. A dedicated candidate with relevant TA qualifications and strong ICT, communication and teamwork skills is essential.
