Protocol Education is recruiting an HLTA to work with KS2 pupils in Ferryhill, focusing on SEMH and behaviour support.

In this role, you will:

• Support pupils in developing emotional regulation
• Deliver engaging and supportive learning sessions
• Act as a positive role model
• Work closely with staff and SEN teams

• Is confident and resilient
• Has experience with SEMH needs
• Can build strong relationships with pupils
