The Trustees are seeking to appoint a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant.
We are looking for:a positive team player with experience of working across the primary age range.
Gnosall St Lawrence C.E. Primary Academy is a warm, welcoming and community-minded school situated on the outskirts of Staffordshire. Under the supervision of the teachers, we are looking to appoint an experienced HLTA to provide PPA cover.
Ideal candidate:- Be a skilled and reflective practitioner with high expectations for children's achievement, behaviour and wellbeing.
- Have experience of planning, delivering and assessing high-quality learning opportunities across the primary age range.
- Demonstrate a passion for supporting children to flourish academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
- Be committed to our inclusive, child-centred approach, ensuring that every child feels valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.
- Be proactive, adaptable and willing to contribute positively to the wider life of the school and Trust.
