Are you completing your Secondary History PGCE and preparing for your first teaching role?

Your Role Will Include:
Planning and delivering stimulating History lessons across Key Stages, encouraging enquiry and critical analysis.
Contributing to a rich, varied, and inclusive curriculum that captures the interest of all learners.
Tracking, assessing, and supporting student progress throughout the year.
Using a range of teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
Fostering a positive, inquisitive, and respectful classroom culture.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and enhance teaching practice.
Participating in wider school life, including enrichment opportunities and educational visits.
Keeping up to date with curriculum expectations and examination requirements.
Providing clear guidance and preparation for assessments and public examinations.
Maintaining strong communication with parents and carers regarding student development.
