Designation

Associate / Senior Associate (or equivalent role based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advisory and transactional support for large-scale infrastructure and project finance matters

  • Work on projects related to Power, Roads, Oil & Gas, and Energy sectors

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and documents associated with infrastructure development and regulation

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and successful project execution

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in project advisory and infrastructure transactions

  • Currently employed with a reputed law firm handling projects/infrastructure-related mandates

  • In-depth understanding of sector-specific laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices
