Hire Desk & Sales Coordinator - Fast-Paced Customer Support

Pertemps Northampton in Northampton is seeking a temporary Customer Hire and Sales Coordinator, based on the hire desk in our customer office. You will manage around 300 daily tickets, resolve queries, and liaise with client depots to meet requirements.

This fast paced role involves handling invoices and credit issues, collating KPI data, and producing performance reports, with opportunities to identify sales growth.
