Highways Roadside Technology Engineer

Our client is looking for an Engineer delivering installation, maintenance and commissioning of Highways Roadside Technology. Reporting to the Assistant Project Manager, you will be based in South Gloucestershire but operate on live highways sites across the client's motorway network. The role involves travel and variable shifts.

• Proven background in installation or maintenance of electrical or electronic equipment (essential).
• ONC/HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Willingness and ability to work roadside, at heights, and on live networks, including nights and weekends as required.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and confidence producing required documentation.
• Eligibility to pass DBS checks and full UK driving capability for network travel.

• Salary £31,000-£40,000.
• Overtime available, with variable shift opportunities.
• Exposure to critical highways technology projects across the network.
