Highways Maintenance Pro: Potholes, Winter & Safety

Balfour Beatty Living Places is recruiting a Highways Maintenance Operative to support delivery of highways maintenance across Lincolnshire, including reactive, routine and winter works. The role covers depots at Sturton, Horncastle, Sleaford or Pode Hole and requires safety-first practice and strong teamwork to maintain roads and public spaces.

You will follow site procedures, communicate clearly with colleagues and contribute to a customer-focused service.
