Highways Engagement & Customer Experience Officer

Westmorland and Furness Council is seeking an experienced Highways Engagement Officer to join the Sustainable Transport and Highways service in Kendal. The role focuses on handling customer requests, providing specialist support, and maintaining systems to analyse data and trends that inform service improvements.
