Highways Asset Management Lead

Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an Engineering Team Manager for the Highways Assets team in Calderdale. The role focuses on leading the team to deliver asset management and ensure compliance with the Code of Practice for Well-managed Highway Infrastructure.
