Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Ingfield Manor School, part of Salutem Care and Education, is a special school supporting children and young people aged 3 - 19 with neurological motor impairment such as Cerebral Palsy. This role occupies a teacher position on the school campus, delivering inclusive learning activities to students in the IMS provision.

• Support planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging, inclusive learning activities
• Monitor, record, and report student progress and behaviour
• Prepare classrooms and resources in line with lesson plans
• Support Year 7 transition programmes, events, and family engagement
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals
• Contribute to staff development, training, and school wide initiatives
• Promote student wellbeing, safeguarding, and a positive school environment

Hours: 40 hours a week, term time only (39 weeks).
