Job Description
Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Locations: Port Talbot Pay: £100-110 per day Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

Your Role
  • Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group ALN support.
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Create a safe, engaging learning environment.
  • Support classroom organisation and resources.
  • Monitor progress and contribute to individual learning plans.
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs.
Requirements
  • Level 6 TA qualification or HLTA status (essential).
  • Experience supporting pupils with ALN.
  • Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
