Higher Level Teaching Assistant

At Salisbury Road Primary School, we are looking for a driven and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to plan, organise and deliver engaging learning experiences across the school. You will have the opportunity to llead whole-class learning, provide targeted small-group and individual support, and play an important role in helping us to maintain high standards of teaching and care. You will also support children with SEND and SEMH needs, take a lead on bespoke interventions, and help create a nurturing environment where every pupil feels seen, supported and empowered.

About the School

Salisbury Road is two form entry primary school that serves the locality of St Judes, near the city centre. We are situated in a large, three-storey, Victorian building in the heart of the community, and work closely with many local partners. We pride ourselves on being a warm and friendly school and aim to enhance and inspire the lives of not only the children that attend our school but their families and wider community.
