Salary: £100-£150 per day
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor to join a supportive and welcoming school.
This exciting Milton Keynes-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a vital part in the education of young people. You'll cover lessons in the absence of teaching staff and also lead small group interventions, helping pupils achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise full classes during teacher absences
- Support students in small groups or one-to-one interventions
- Lead and manage a team of Assistant Teachers
- Assist with planning, resource development and lesson delivery
- Contribute to inclusion and behaviour strategies
- Help implement school policies on safeguarding, wellbeing, and academic achievement
We're Looking For:
- Experience working in an educational setting
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A proactive and resilient attitude
- HLTA status or willingness to work towards it
