Job Description

The HERUDG is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is currently studying at an institution competing in a rugby union competition to act as Student Representative. The Student Representative will present the voice and opinions of student-athletes and act as an ambassador for the HERUDG.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for BUCS and the HERUDG
  • Establish relationships between the HERUDG and students.
  • Build and maintain a communication network with other students playing rugby union in institutions other than their own.
  • Advise the HERUDG on all matters relating to the student perspective.
  • Offer insight and feedback on the current rugby union disciplinary structure.
  • Attend all relevant HERUDG meetings and provide any updates on actions from previous meetings.
