High-Volume Head Chef Lead 300-Seat Kitchen & 150+ Meals

Susan Hamilton Group is seeking a confident and well-organised Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen for a new client. The interim role is 6-8 weeks with the potential for a permanent posting, starting as early as 14 September 2026.

Daily service supports 300 covers in the main restaurant, plus 150-200 pre-packed meals to go to 17 locations, prepared by your small team. Hours are 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday, at £22 per hour.
