As High Value Proposition Manager, you will:
- Develop & Deliver High-Value Propositions Create tailored fundraising propositions to engage major donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic stakeholders, ensuring alignment with PDSA s strategic goals.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams Work with Veterinary and Content teams to develop impactful, donor-centric offerings that enhance engagement and long-term giving.
- Market & Donor Insight Analysis Research market trends and donor insights to refine and improve high-value fundraising strategies.
- Brand Alignment & Proposition Development Ensure all high-value propositions align with PDSA s brand identity, values, and mission.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management Collaborate with the Partnership Engagement team to build and maintain relationships with major donors and corporate sponsors.
- Performance Monitoring & Compliance Track the success of high-value propositions, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with charity and fundraising regulations.
We re seeking someone with:
- High-Value Fundraising & Corporate Partnership Experience Proven expertise in securing and managing relationships with major donors, trusts, and corporate sponsors.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management Strong ability to develop long-term partnerships, ensuring donor satisfaction and retention.
- Market & Data Analysis Skills Ability to analyse donor insights, fundraising trends, and market research to shape compelling high-value propositions.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving Capability to develop innovative, audience-driven fundraising strategies that drive long-term engagement.
- Brand & Messaging Alignment Experience in creating donor propositions that align with organisational branding, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Fundraising Compliance & Best Practices Knowledge of charity legislation, fundraising regulations, and best practices to protect PDSA s reputation and ensure ethical fundraising.
