High-Speed Rail Fleet Performance Lead

Eurostar International is seeking a Fleet Performance Manager in its Rolling Stock team. You will monitor and improve the technical performance of the four Eurostar fleets, analysing failures, predicting trends, and driving the performance action plan with Engineering, Operations and partners such as Siemens.

The role can be based in London or Brussels and involves leading performance reporting and ensuring higher reliability and availability of trains for punctuality and passenger experience.
