Job Title: High Reach Forklift Driver

Location: Carroll's Cross, Co. Waterford

Reporting To: Dispatch / Logistics Manager

We are currently seeking to recruit a High Reach Forklift Driver to join our busy Warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate a high reach forklift to load, unload and move stock within the warehouse
• Put away and retrieve palletised goods in racking systems safely and efficiently
• Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded using warehouse systems
• Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes, including loading of vehicles
• Conduct daily pre-use checks and report any faults or maintenance issues
• Work in line with health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Support general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Licence (essential)
• Previous experience operating a high reach forklift in a warehouse environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced or FMCG environment is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Flexible approach to working hours and duties
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Available to work a weekly shift pattern: Monday - Friday 7am - 15.30pm & 15.30 - 12pm
