You will join a specialist Residential Property team, handling a varied and high-quality caseload with a focus on high value residential matters and plot sales. The work is non-volume and offers real scope to work on complex, interesting transactions.
Your responsibilities will include:- High value freehold and leasehold residential purchases and sales
- New build and plot sales, acting for developers
- Complex residential transactions for high net worth individuals
- Advising on premium properties and bespoke residential matters
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationshipsWorking closely with colleagues across the wider real estate and corporate teams
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with residential property experience
- Experience handling high net worth residential transactions and/or plot sales
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Confident, professional and client-focused approach
- Commercially minded with an interest in long-term progression
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
