Your professional domain will be a state-of-the-art superyacht, strictly cruising the serene and majestic waters of the Mediterranean. Your upcoming rotation will feature exclusive moorings across the Dalmatian Coast, Sicily, and the French Riviera.
The Team You will collaborate with the absolute best in the private medical sector. Our onboard medical facility is spearheaded by a highly experienced Lead British Doctor and features an elite, fully Western-trained nursing unit, complemented by dedicated, specialized Physiotherapists.
The Safety World-class care is impossible without world-class staff support. We strictly enforce a double-nurse shift system at all hours. This non-negotiable protocol ensures you always have immediate clinical redundancy, collaborative intervention capabilities, and strictly managed rest periods to eliminate fatigue.
The Process To seamlessly accommodate the shifts of active ICU and ER professionals, and to guarantee the utmost discretion, the entire initial application and interview phase is conducted via a highly secure online platform.
Requirements
Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree.
4+ years of demanding, recent Acute Care experience (ICU, ER, or A&E).
Native or C1 fluent English language proficiency.
30 days of annual leave.
Premium en-suite quarters on board the yacht.
Completely all-inclusive living and travel (covering all commercial flights, bespoke uniforms, and five-star culinary service).
