Are you an experienced High Net Worth or Personal Lines insurance professional looking to step into a role with real development, structure, and long-term opportunity? The Role

As a key member of the High Net Worth team, you'll take ownership of an established book of business, managing renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day client servicing. You'll work with a diverse mix of HNW clients, providing a high-touch, relationship-led service that reflects the calibre of the portfolio.

Alongside managing existing relationships, you'll also have the opportunity to build your profile locally-networking, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening the firm's presence in the Croydon area. This isn't a hard-sales environment; it's about nurturing relationships and delivering exceptional service that naturally drives growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and renewing a portfolio of High Net Worth clients

• Providing exceptional service across all client interactions

• Handling a range of HNW products with accuracy and attention to detail

• Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and partners

• Identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen the book

• Supporting the wider team and contributing to a collaborative, positive culture

What We're Looking For

• Experience within High Net Worth or Personal Lines insurance

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for client service

• Someone proactive, organised, and confident managing their own workload

• Ideally, you'll have started your CII qualifications - or be keen to work towards them

• A desire to progress and take advantage of the extensive training and development on offer

• A natural relationship-builder who enjoys networking and spotting opportunities
