You are a jeweler-jewelry designer with experience as a High Jewelry Manager (M/F). You have confirmed experience in jewelry and have management or leadership experience. For one of our clients, we are looking for a permanent position (CDI) located in Geneva: High Jewelry Manager.Mission:Ensure the smooth operation and supervision of a jewelry and high jewelry production team (Jewelers, setters, polishers).High Jewelry Manager (M/F) MISSION DESCRIPTION:Ensure the supervision of the team (approximately 25), develop its members, encourage engagement, inspire confidence, adopt a positive attitude, and demonstrate exemplary behavior. Validate the assembly principles and arrangement of work according to the skills and availability of team members and ensure the delivery of unique pieces. Assist in the flow and management of precious stock according to logistical needs for the development meetings of unique High Jewelry pieces.PROFILE:Background in jewelry - jewelry design or equivalent. Perfect knowledge of jewelry and high jewelry activities. At least 10 years of experience + management and change management experience.
