Job Description
Job Overview
Eco Power Construction Group are looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic and heavy plant fitter to assist in our workshop at Denaby.
Duties
Service and Inspect vehicles competently.
Diagnose, observe, recognize and report on vehicle defects
Ensure all service and maintenance sheets are fully completed and signed off.
You may on occasions be asked to carry out roadside repairs and to recover defective or damaged vehicles.
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the workshop
Heavy plant fitter to carry out major repairs, fault finding, diagnostics, general maintenance and servicing to Excavators 1.5 -20t, Dumpers and Rollers.
Experience
Previous experience as a Fitter or in a similar role is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are advantageous.
A background in mechanical engineering is needed.
