HGV Mechanic

Our client is seeking an experienced HGV Mechanicto join their busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vehicle technician looking for a stable, long-term role with a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy goods vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and routine safety checks.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.

Criteria

• Previous experience working as a HGV Mechanic or similar vehicle technician role.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

What's On Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate of £18.00 - £20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
• Monday to Friday working pattern between 8am to 6pm
• Overtime opportunities.
