Job Description
HGV Class 1 Driver, NIGHTS
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Location: Unit 2 Station Bridge, Broadway, Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7 3EL
Base Salary (Full-time): £39,013.00 per annum (£15.63 per hour, based on a 48-hour working week). Part-time salary will be paid on a pro rata basis according to contracted hours.
Guaranteed Minimum Pay: Paid for a minimum of your contracted hours each week, even where operational requirements result in fewer hours being worked, subject to attendance and compliance with company policies.
Overtime: Paid at time & after 48 hours per week - Regular overtime opportunities available, with the potential to earn up to £2000 per year in additional overtime pay, subject to operational requirements and individual availability

We are recruiting both full-time and part-time HGV Class 1 Drivers to support our night-time trunking operations between depots, including trailer swaps. Full-time positions are based on a Monday to Friday, 48-hour working week. Part-time hours can be discussed at interview.

What You'll Do
Perform daily vehicle checks and inspect loads.
Drive safely, following UK laws and company rules.
Confirm deliveries with signatures.
Comply with drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
Keep your cab clean and help with yard duties.
Deliver excellent customer service.
