Job Description
We are looking for a HGV Class 1 driver for a family run live poultry company.
The usual pattern of work will be Monday - Friday with up to 4 nights out per week (additional tax free night out allowance and meal allowance paid on top of salary).
You will be loading at poultry farms and driving to a processing plant. The factory workers will unload and then you will head back to a farm for an overnight break.
Moffett driving experience is an advantage but training will be given.
Must hold all relevant licences and have an up to date CPC.
In addition to transporting live poultry you may also be asked to collect poultry feed from the Mills and deliver to farm sites.
You will be guaranteed 50 hours per week.
The successful candidate can be based at either Althorne in Essex or Great Blakenham in Ipswich.
