HGV Class 1 Container Driver

TLP Recruitment are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to work for our client based in the Southampton Docks area. This is an ongoing opportunity offering regular work, flexible shifts, and the chance to work within a busy and well-established container operation.

Our client operates within the port logistics sector, supporting container movements across the South. They are now looking for confident and reliable drivers who are comfortable working in a fast-paced docks environment.

What do we need from you?

• ValidClass 1 (C+E) UK driving licence
• ValidCPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Previouscontainer experience preferred
• DP World card advantageous
• Minimum1 year Class 1 driving experiencepreferred
• No more than6 points(no DR or IN endorsements due to insurance)
• Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work

Duties will include:

• Collecting and delivering containers to and from Southampton Docks
• Local and regional runs across the South
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance
• Maintaining a professional approach when representing the client
