HES at 90% For one of our Living and Activity Spaces open during the day, from Monday to Friday, we are looking for: Context You will work within a daytime structure welcoming adults with intellectual disabilities, ASD and/or multiple disabilities. The support is individualized, structured, and supported by alternated activity days, assistance with daily living activities (including transfers and care related to multiple disabilities), teamwork, and follow-up. The personalities are strong: clarity of framework, the ability to take one's place, and professional solidity are essential. • Ensure support in reference to the PII. • Propose activities that promote social inclusion. • Be a reference for beneficiaries and coordinate the project with the network. • Contribute to team dynamics and good functioning. Profile • Degree X, driver's license. • Analytical skills, reflexivity, and ease in complex situations. • Sense of responsibility and ability to manage follow-up. Experience in multiple disabilities and/or ASD, a sense of humor, and a strong professional posture.
