Heritage Retail Manager: Lead Stores & Guest Experience

English Heritage, Kenwood, is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead three on-site shops at Kenwood and drive commercial success. You will develop strategies to increase revenue while maintaining high customer service standards, and you will manage a small team across duties and stock control.
