Heritage Property Maintenance & Compliance Lead

Historic Environment Scotland, Orkney Depot in Kirkwall, is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance and Compliance Manager to oversee the operational delivery of maintenance and compliance for Properties in Care in the Orkney area.

Reporting to the district works manager, you will lead the maintenance program, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and coordinate activities to keep monuments and sites safe and well presented for visitors, staff and local communities.
