Heritage Property & Compliance Lead

Historic Environment Scotland in Orkney seeks a proactive Depot Manager to lead maintenance and compliance across Properties in Care in the Orkney depot area. You will supervise MCU staff, schedule inspections, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee diverse maintenance tasks, from roof checks to grounds work, while driving staff development, health and safety, and stakeholder collaboration.
