To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Evenings and Late Nights. Please only apply if you are able to meet these requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the restaurant and deal with customers to ensure smooth operation in customer areas.
• Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, and look after customers' specific needs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
• Work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment with a genuine smile and an ability to connect with customers so they feel valued.
• Demonstrate friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour and work effectively as part of a team.
• Utilise effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact, to support customers and team members.

Requirements

• Available to work Weekdays and Weekends with shifts in the Evenings and Late Nights.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain high energy while performing duties efficiently.
• Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful demeanour with the ability to work well in a team.
• Commitment to customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
