You will gain full training to give you the skills to do the job and ensure this clients customers receive a high level of customer service and resolve to their queries and issues. This client is open to experience and background. You just need to be a fluent speaker and have an excellent and engaging telephone manner. Any customer service experience or similar duties are beneficial, this could even be a placement year.

The key aspects of this role is having a high-level of customer service, being engaging and passionate as well as putting the customer first by going above and beyond to succeed in resolving as much as possible in the initial contact.

The salary on offer is up to £18k as well as an attractive benefits package and opportunities to be promoted within. The office is based in Nottingham, East Midlands and easily commutable from Derby, Leicester, etc. This role does include shift work and occasional weekends but you won't be working nights.
