You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and ensuring service continuity.Responsibilities:- Respond to requests from users (level 1 and 2).- Diagnose and resolve incidents with hardware and software.- Install and configure workstations, peripherals, and software.- Monitor tickets in the management tool.- Participate in preventive maintenance and search for solutions.Profile:- Knowledge of Windows environments (workstations, Active Directory).- Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL procedures (a plus).- Service-oriented, rigorous, and able to work effectively in a team.- Fluent in French, with technical English appreciated.What we offer:- A mission in a dynamic professional environment.- Opportunity to develop your skills.
