Helpdesk Team Leader - Property Maintenance & Ops

Wiltshire Council's Property Investment and Operations team is seeking a Helpdesk Team Leader. You will lead a small helpdesk, ensuring repair requests are logged, triaged, and progressed from start to finish, prioritising by urgency and risk.

You will work in a contractor-led environment, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, use CAFM systems and data insights to monitor performance and drive service improvements, while adopting a proactive, communicative leadership style.
