Heart-Centred Care Home Manager - Dementia & Nursing Leader

EQ Care Group is seeking a Registered Manager (Heart-Centred Leader) for Alder Lodge in Bishops Waltham. The 66 bed nursing and dementia specialist home opens in early 2027, built to blend modern comfort with compassionate, person centred care.

You will lead from the front, ensure CQC compliance, drive occupancy and budgets, recruit and develop the team, and build strong community links. The role is full time, 40 hours per week, with a salary up to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
