Hearing Wellness Advisor - Training & QHAD Route

Sonova Group in Romford is seeking a Hearing Wellness Advisor to support customers on their hearing journey. This role offers an entry path into clinical audiology with structured training starting from day one. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, conducting hearing screenings, and supporting Audiologists. Successful candidates will have strong customer-service skills and GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science.
