- Salary: Up to 27,000 per annum- Full Time Equivalent (depending on experience) with commission opportunities.
Hours: Flexible choose full-time (MonFri) or part-time (minimum 3 days per week across MonFri) working across our partner practices in Lancashire at the following locations; Thornton Cleveleys, Carnforth, Longridge, and Garstang

- Carry out otoscopy and Tympa-based assessments
Deliver Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) screenings
Conduct hearing aid reviews and routine maintenance
Perform ear wax removal (microsuction, irrigation & manual)Take aural impressions
Support patients with empathy and clear communication
Work under the guidance of an HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser
- Assist with team training and cross-referrals
Build partnerships with local GPs, pharmacies & communities
Help manage appointment scheduling to maximise the HADs time
- Maintain high standards in line with healthcare regulations
Ensure Health & Safety compliance
Represent THCP with professionalism in both appearance and conduct
- Qualified Hearing Care Assistant Previous experience working in a customer facing environment and in a healthcare settingGCSEs in English, Maths and Science (grade C or higher)A full UK driving license and the ability to travel between locations Eligibility to work in the UK, and availability for the specified days
