About the Role:
We're looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You'll manage your own clinics, deliver customer-centric care, and act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare. Your role will be to guide customers confidently and compassionately through their Hearingcare journey- recommending solutions from our full product portfolio and ensuring they receive the very best service and aftercare.

As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will:
- Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service
- Conduct full hearing assessments and safely perform BSA-recommended procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Meet appointment and sales targets
- Promote Hearingcare services and generate in-store demand
- Keep up to date with CPD and professional development
Person Specification:
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years' post-qualification experience
- Consistent, high clinical audit results
- Strong track record of CPD and meeting commercial targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
