This is a varied role for someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and helping learners build confidence in their work.Reporting to the Head of Training & Quality, you'll deliver and assess training, support learners throughout their programmes, and help coordinate training schedules and materials. You'll also maintain accurate records, respond to learner queries and work with tutors and internal verifiers to ensure our QQI quality assurance procedures are followed. To be considered, you must have: A health or social care, or nursing background, with experience in care of older people QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer or a QQI Level 6 Training and Development Special Purpose Award Experience delivering training to groups or individuals A full driving licence and access to your own carYou'll need strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
