Healthcare Strategy Lead - Cross-Functional Execution

Roche Ireland seeks a strategic leader to drive disease-area strategy and translate global strategies into local actions. You will partner with multiple commercial functions to deliver value for patients, while reporting to the Head of Commercial and shaping outcomes-based plans.

You will enable enterprise-wide planning, mentor teams, and foster cross-functional collaboration with external stakeholders, affiliates, and regional teams in a fast-paced, office-based setting.
